In an emergency, our SOS box at 30 My Post 24 locations throughout Switzerland is available to help you 24/7.

What steps should you take to benefit from our SOS box if you have a terminal emergency?

Contact our technical support for our terminals on 0848 382 423 (CHF 0.08/min.) – 24/7
We will give you the access code for your requested SOS box location
Enter the access code on the My Post 24 terminal and remove the SOS box
Disconnect your faulty PAX payment terminal and connect the replacement PAX device.

Detailed instructions on how to disconnect the faulty terminal and connect the replacement device can be found in the SOS box. Use the voucher printed in the instructions to order a new PAX terminal. That way, you’ll benefit from a 25% discount.

The SOS box is free of charge for you, but you must return it to us within 30 days. To do so, proceed as follows:

Disconnect the replacement PAX device
Connect your new PAX payment terminal
Put the replacement PAX device, the docking station and the cable back in the SOS box
Turn over the locking strap for the return shipment
Take the SOS box to the post office – the return is free of charge for you

Please note that unreturned SOS boxes will incur a charge of CHF 500 after 30 days.
