Together, we will find out how much equity you need, which conditions are important and which product is right for you. For follow-up financing, we review your existing situation and show you how to optimize it.
2. Personal conditions and offer
We clearly explain to you how financing works and which options are best suited to your situation. Based on your current situation, we will prepare an initial offer for you directly.
3. Conclusion and next steps
We will guide you through the process and help you to compile the documents and clarify any unresolved points. We work with you to define the next steps. You have a personal contact, who is available to answer your questions.
You don’t need to prepare anything in particular for the consultation. If you already have documents (e.g. concerning your property or a current tax return), you are welcome to bring them with you. As soon as we are in contact, we’ll work out together how we can best support you.
It will help if you give some thought to the following before the interview:
- Your property preferences (for new purchases: the purchase price or property type)
- Your financial situation (equity and income)
- Your future plans
