You will receive the Apple Gift Card in the form of a code, which you can find in our app or in e-finance. You will need the code to use your credit in the App Store, on Apple TV+, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Arcade, Apple Fitness+, on apple.com or in the physical Apple Store.

If you purchase a voucher at a Postomat, the code will be printed directly on the receipt.

When purchasing via the PostFinance App, you can personalize the vouchers and give them as a gift. Select a design and add a personal text to the voucher. Send the personalized voucher or print it out.

Redeem for Apple services (App Store, Apple TV+, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Arcade, Apple Fitness+):

You can load the Apple Gift Card in your Apple account (Apple ID) by clicking on the “Redeem directly” button. You can then use the credit in your Apple account to make purchases in the App Store, on Apple TV+, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple Arcade or Apple Fitness+.

Redeem for Apple hardware on apple.com, in the Apple Store app or in physical Apple Stores:

apple.com / Apple Store app: You can load the Apple Gift Card in your Apple account (Apple ID) by clicking on the “Redeem directly” button. You can then use your credit to pay at the checkout in the online store.

In physical Apple Stores: If you would like to redeem the Apple Gift Card at a physical Apple Store, please do not load the code in your Apple account in advance. In this case, an online order will be generated for you in store, which you will then need to pick up on site. For this reason, it’s better to present the code in the PostFinance App directly to the Apple Store staff during the payment process. The code will then be credited or used for the payment.

The credit on your Apple ID will remain there. You can continue to use your Apple credit.

The Apple credit that you previously purchased from us for the App Store & iTunes will be converted into Apple Gift Card credit. That way, you can still redeem the credit you have already purchased.

Yes, the digital Apple Gift Card can be used for Apple services and hardware in the same way as the physical Apple Gift Card. You can also redeem the Apple Gift Card credit in physical Apple Stores.
