Would you like to experience how we design key banking services for our customers? In the PC Account Journeys team, you’ll work on exciting projects covering the most important functions in our customers’ life cycle. These include enabling them to open accounts, resolve queries quickly via various contact channels, keep track of their financial situation and update personal data such as their address. You’ll gain insight into the end-to-end design of these processes across all channels and be able to play an active role in developing and rolling out new solutions, from analysis and design to the practical implementation of your ideas.

Would you like to discover the multifaceted world of corporate communication at a systemically important bank in Switzerland? When you see social media campaigns, do you think about the messages they are communicating and the strategies behind them? Do you want to understand how communication influences the way companies are perceived and their relationships with employees, the media and the public? During a six-month graduate internship in corporate communication, you’ll gain a fundamental insight into the various facets of communication within a corporate newsroom – from social media and internal communication strategies to media relations and issue management. You’ll be actively involved from the outset and support our team in shaping and developing communication both within and outside the bank. You’ll liaise regularly with various specialist units and work closely with our experts from the Social Media, Internal Communication, Issue Management and Media Relations units. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive forward your own projects independently. In addition, you’ll learn how to manage and create targeted content in the newsroom and distribute it via a range of channels in order to convey relevant topics directly to different target groups.

Different skills are needed to meet requirements depending on the specialist unit. We’re looking for graduate interns who think and act boldly, i.e. doers.
What you’ll offer:
- You are in at least the fourth semester of a Bachelor’s degree (university/university of applied sciences), or completed your degree no more than two years before the start of the programme.
- You have a strong command of German.
- Joined-up and customer-focused thinking and action go without saying in your case.
- You’re a friendly person with an inquisitive mind, you have a strong desire to learn and are assertive.
