Have you moved? You can change your address quickly and easily in e-finance or the PostFinance App.
Change your address in e-finance
You can change your address conveniently at any time in e-finance under Profile and settings. The benefits for you:

You can report your move with ease at The link will open in a new window post.ch/move. PostFinance can, on request, be notified about your change of address automatically. In this instance, you don’t need to do anything else.
What to do: when entering your new address at swisspost.ch, activate address update to third parties, and then select PostFinance.

Private and business customers can also submit their change of address in writing.

- Log in to e-finance.
- Open Profile and Settings.
- Select Profile and go to the Addresses section.
- Edit your address.
- If necessary, upload proof or submit it later.

If your organization is entered in the commercial register, you don’t need to take any action. We will automatically apply the new domicile address for you once it has been updated in the commercial register.
If you aren’t entered in the commercial register, we require proof of your current address for a new domicile ad-dress.
You can either:
- upload the document directly in e‑finance or the PostFinance App
- or submit it later (within 30 days)

The documents required depend on the type of company. Examples:
Associations:
- Current statutes
- Minutes of resolutions
Sole proprietorships, foundations or organizations not entered in the commercial register:
- Public entry (e.g. website, UID register or telephone directory)
- Document with address (e.g. rental agreement)
Condominiums or co-owned properties (e.g. commonhold owners’ association):
- Extract from the land registry
- Regulations (e.g. usage or administrative regulations)
Foreign companies:
- Official document with the new address (e.g. extract from the commercial register or equivalent proof)

For companies with collective signing rights, a second authorized person must approve the change of address.
This approval can be granted in e‑finance or the PostFinance App under Profile and Settings > Profile > Addresses. -
If your organization is entered in the commercial register, we will automatically apply the new domicile address once the change has been entered in the commercial register.
To change your domicile address online yourself, you also need the “Admin for user” e‑right. If you don’t have this right, you can request it using The link will open in a new window this form.

Your address will generally be updated at the requested time.
If proof is required or approval is pending, you can see the status in e‑finance under Profile and Settings > Service orders.
