    • Download the PostFinance App from the store
    • Use your e-finance login to register for the PostFinance App and to set up your login
    • You can then use the PostFinance App to log in with e-finance on different devices

    If you don’t have e-finance access yet

    • First, order your access to e-finance
    • You will receive your access data by post, including an activation QR code to log in with the PostFinance App
    • Use the QR code to download the PostFinance App and set up your login with the PostFinance App

    If you don’t yet have a business account with PostFinance

    • Open a business account with PostFinance
    • As soon as your business account has been opened, set up your login directly in the PostFinance App
    • You can then log in to online banking with different devices
  • Log in with fingerprint / Face ID

    The fastest and simplest way: after setting up your login once in the PostFinance App, you can log in with your fingerprint or Face ID in just a few seconds.

    Here’s how the login works

    We aim for the highest possible security. Access to the app is secured at multiple levels with various measures. The two-step login is an important part of this.

    Step 1: Personal e-finance number and password

    You need to enter your e-finance number (or your chosen username) and password in the app only once.

    Step 2: Confirm login

    By using your fingerprint or Face ID, only you can confirm your login attempts.

    • The nine-digit e-finance number with user identification (if there are several users) is your unique access number to mobile banking with the PostFinance App. You can also set a memorable username so that you don’t have to remember this number.
