You can choose the interval at which you receive your account statement. The costs depend on the notification cycle and on whether you would prefer to receive statements in e-finance or on paper.

PostFinance works with selected software partners. As an association customer, you will therefore only receive association software that is tailored to your needs and our service. You will also benefit from attractive special conditions.
As a minimum, all software packages include modules for invoicing, for automatic monitoring of accounts receivable and for member and customer management.
An association account is an account through which an association processes its income and expenditure. It is suitable for membership fees, donations, event revenue, invoices and reserves, for example. With a dedicated association account, the association’s finances remain clearly separated from the private finances of the board members.
An association does not always have to have its own bank account, but it is recommended in practice. It separates the association’s finances from private accounts and simplifies bookkeeping, the monitoring of incoming and outgoing payment and the handover process in the event of a change on the board.
To open an association account, you need the articles of association, up-to-date election or meeting records, information on the authorized representatives and the required proof of identity.
The basic agreement is signed by the persons who are legally authorized to represent the association. These are often the chair, treasurer or other members of the board.
Account management for the PostFinance association account costs CHF 5.00 per month. Depending on the number of transactions and the additional services used, further costs may be incurred. You can find the full conditions in the price overview.
Membership fees can be requested using QR-bills and electronic payment methods, for example. Incoming payments are made centrally into the association account.
Yes, associations can use TWINT to accept cashless payments for membership fees, donations, entry fees or payments at events, for example. PostFinance offers a suitable TWINT solution for this purpose. Separate usage requirements and conditions apply.
