Are you drawn to the commercial sector? Then you’ve come to the right place! We give you the opportunity to complete a varied and exciting course in commercial training – either in the banking sector or in the service and administration sector.
Banking sector
As a commercial employee in the banking sector at PostFinance, you receive training to become a professional advisor for our entire range of financial products and services. You hold consultations with customers, create analyses, help with back office tasks and gain an insight into the banking world.
Services and administration sector
As a commercial employee in the services and administration sector, you have the opportunity to get to know and help shape a wide range of exciting areas such as human resources, marketing, finance, logistics and organization. For example, you help with advertising campaigns, organize events and training, draft correspondence using the latest communication methods, compile statistics and carry out analyses.

Is talking to people one of your strengths? Then training in the customer dialogue sector could be perfect for you.
As a call center agent, you are the first point of contact for all enquiries from customers. Customer service is at the heart of the company, and as a specialist, you are in the thick of the action. You work in customer service at our Customer Center and have contact with customers by phone and in writing on a daily basis. You advise our customers and provide them with convincing arguments, and help them with questions and problems.

As a developer of digital business, you make a difference in everyday digital operations. You play an active part in shaping the digital structure of the business and maintaining an overview. You analyse data to make processes more straightforward and efficient or to refine existing business models. Your tasks range from process optimization to the digitization of support tasks. You also support projects and provide communication between the various stakeholder groups.

Specializing in application development
As a computer scientist specializing in application development, you analyze software problems and come up with solutions. You also write your own prototypes, set up test environments and launch applications.
Specializing in platform development
As a computer scientist specializing in platform development, you handle ICT infrastructure and related services and will also be at home in the virtual world. You help protect our company against hacking attacks and ensure the entire IT system works perfectly.

For those who choose a career as a mediamatics technician, we offer extensive knowledge of design, photography, videography and creative design. You contribute to customer projects and use your skills in film, photography and design in a range of communications media. You use creative tools to develop these into end products that fit the corporate design.

Are you more of a creative type, who loves to communicate visually? You can show off your strengths in the following career.
As an Interactive Media Designer, you design and create interactive means of communication, such as web and mobile apps. You produce your ideas and proposals based on customer requirements; for example, using animations, logos, graphics and audiovisual files. You define the content, design and functions of these elements, focusing on usability and the user experience.
